Pakistani employees have always suffered from bad management practices (there are good examples as well but there is no fun discussing those). PIM was established in 1954 to “serve the growing and complex needs of organizational managers and to enhance their managerial skills through training, consultancy, and research.” In short, to fix bad management practices.
